London Approach is Hiring a Remote Accounting Clerk
Compensation: $20/hr
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am -430pm (Fully onsite)
- Would be able to work hybrid after 3-6 months
- Review invoices and input into electronic system
- Match invoices and process for electronic payment
- Review invoices for discrepancies
- Post all receipts into accounting system
- Process expenses and audit expense reports
- Communicate with vendors as needed
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on open PO's
- Process travel requests
- Perform additional ad-hoc administrative duties
- 1 years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Technically skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
